CHALLENGE DETIALS ...

The 30-Day Grind Challenge consists of 3 workouts per week Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each day has 3 different times to choose from to help you fit your workouts into your schedule. 

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY 

7:30am, 12pm, 6pm (EST) 

Fit for all levels!
