People Who
Show Up

4th QTR is a performance coaching company in West Midtown Atlanta. We help busy professionals and athletes make fitness and nutrition a priority — and hold them to it.

HERO: your About film (bK0M1AowWCI) opens in the lightbox on click. The background is a self-contained 13.5s MP4 built from your own photography so there is never a dead frame — swap for the real cut at launch. YouTube will not load from file://, only from a real http(s) address.

The Founder

Joshua
Jackson

Established in 2012, 4th Quarter Performance's founder Joshua Jackson has maintained his position as a resource to help others align their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being in order to lay a solid foundation for future success.

We train the mind first. The body follows what the mind has already decided.

NEEDS JOSH — HIGHEST PRIORITY ON THIS PAGE. The paragraph above is the only founder copy that exists anywhere on the current site, and it is two sentences. The brief asks for "who he is, why he built this, what drives him" and makes this page critical for Entity SEO. I will not invent a founder narrative. Send a bio, an old interview, or a five-minute voice note and I will write it properly. Also confirm: is the man in this photograph Joshua Jackson? I have not put a name caption on it because nothing on your site identifies him. The pull quote is placeholder phrasing from the homepage — replace with a line Josh actually said.

Who We Serve

For People With
No Time To Waste

4th Quarter Performance specializes in helping busy professionals and athletes find the time to make fitness and nutrition a priority. We are dedicated to transforming people's mindsets so that the physical capabilities become endless.

We know a packed calendar gets in the way of workouts and eating habits. So we build around it — convenient training times, flexible nutrition plans, and programming designed for the schedule you actually have, not the one you wish you had.

Core Values

Innovation +
Motivation = Results

4th Quarter Performance has several core values that align our mission with action. We are rooted in hard work, dedication, and perseverance, so that we can provide well-rounded value to our clients, partners and community.

Value 01

Hard Work

Nobody is exempt from the work. Not the coaches, not the members, not the people who have been here since 2012.

Value 02

Dedication

Showing up on the days it is convenient is easy. We build the habit that survives the days it is not.

Value 03

Perseverance

Plateaus, travel weeks, setbacks. The plan bends around them instead of breaking because of them.

NOTE: the three headings are lifted verbatim from your own core-values sentence — the supporting lines are mine, written to match your voice. Have Josh read them and change anything that does not sound like him. Also flagged: your live site reads "Inovation" and "we can be provide" — both typos, corrected here.

Video testimonial · Watch on YouTube

WHY THESE ARE TYPOGRAPHIC, NOT THUMBNAILS: leading with the member's own words puts the substance first and means the wall costs nothing to load — no posters, no players, nothing until someone clicks. Filtering is instant and client-side. Rewritten captions: the four YouTube entries previously all said some version of "check out this amazing testimony… workout and recovery training class." I have rewritten those framing lines — they are your site's editorial copy, not member quotes. Every actual quote on this page is verbatim. Bug found: on the live Reviews page, Deniseann's video is captioned "testimony from Jeremy" — duplicated from the block above it. Still needed: real first names for the five members listed as "Member", and a category for Athletic Performance — nothing in the current set fits it, so that filter is deliberately absent rather than empty.

30 Day Grind & Beyond

Before & After

Fifteen members, photographed at home, in the same light and the same pose.

NEEDS JOSH: the brief asks for before/after photos with written case studies — starting weight, timeframe, program, what changed. Right now these are bare tiles with no names or numbers, which is how they run on the current site too. A caption like "Aisha D. · 30 Day Grind · −18 lbs" turns each one from a picture into evidence. Send whatever you have and I will build the captions in. Consent check: confirm every one of these members has written permission on file for web use — these are the most sensitive images on the site.

TWO LIVE BUGS FIXED HERE. On the current Reviews page the "reviews on Google" button links to a Google search for "new york gym", and the Yelp button points to nimble-fitness-new-york — both leftovers from the F7 demo theme. Point this button at the real Google Business Profile. Removed deliberately: nine written reviews (Elnora P., Jordan B., Kate H., Cheryl B., Matt C., Emma J., James H., Mary C., Jessica A.) that are all F7 Fitness demo text — they name "F7", "Battlebox", "owner Alvin" and "Betty Sanders", and use Unsplash stock portraits. They were hidden on every breakpoint but still in the HTML where Google reads them. They are gone, not rewritten: publishing invented reviews under real-sounding names breaks FTC endorsement rules and would poison the AggregateRating schema. Replace with genuine Google reviews pulled live via the API.
