Group training is a circuit-based training program dedicated to groups of 5-15 people. Each program comes with nutrition planning and extra workouts to help you outside of our sessions together
Although clients train together, the program is designed to keep each person's physical abilities and personal goals in mind. Sessions are offered in 30 and 60-minute increments.
Small group training is a personalized training opportunity. You trainer customizes your program strategy and each session is dedicated to you.
